Our delivery address was pretty far off the beaten path and the first big florist took my order and then refunded me 3 days later because of the location. The owner of Velvet Stems, Corie showed incredible customer service and made sure the flowers were delivered the same day! She delivered the flowers herself, even calling to verify the address (the order was placed online, before the store was open).
